As a matter to this, it can take up to 48 hours to receive an answer from Airstop. Please, proceed your cancelation or change request as soon as possible.

If you are forced to cancel or to change your journey within 48 hours before departure, please contact us by phone!

 

The request form is strictly informative, a cancellation or change request will proceed only after you are contacted by Airstop.
Afterwards you need to sent your agreement for cancellation or change in a separate email.
